The present website is hosted on the cloud products made by Google, Amazon and/or DigitalOcean, depending on several technical imperatives at a given time. Intellectual Property

The user is given the right to private and non-exclusive use of this site. <br/>All of the elements published on the Site, including but not limited to the text, photographs, logos, graphic design, layout, information, design, graphics, presentation and Site content, represent work as defined in the French Intellectual Property Code and are the exclusive property of OCUS.

Accordingly, any representation or reproduction, total or partial, of the Site or its elements, including but not limited to its trademarks, logos, graphic design, layout, information, design, graphics, presentation and Site content, which may take place without the consent of its authors or right-holders, is forbidden and makes the users in question liable to prosecution. <br/>Registration on the Site does not result in any transfer of intellectual property rights in favour of the user.

Personal Data

It may be necessary for OCUS to directly or indirectly collect personal data about its users. <br/>The recipients of the data are OCUS and the only people (agents, photographers, and third parties with a mandate) to whom it is necessary to pass on users' data for the fulfilment of the photographic assignments which have been ordered.
